The new product has a cylindrical body protected by IP67/IK10 classes and is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40 to +60 °C. For high-quality video recording, this outdoor camera is equipped with a 5 MP Sony sensor and uses adaptive IR illumination with an effective range of up to 50 m. An important feature of the model is the presence of a motorized 2.7-13.5 mm lens with an auto diaphragm P-Iris, which can be adjusted remotely.
The 100-degree operating temperature range (-40…+60 °C) allows using the STC-IPM5632 Estima for outdoor video surveillance in most regions of the country. This 5 MP outdoor camera has a cylindrical body with an integrated sun visor and a 3-axis hinged mount to the bracket, and is characterized by high levels of climate and vandal-proof protection - IP67 and IK10, respectively. Thanks to the presence of a certificate of conformity with the requirements approved by RF Government Resolution No. 969 dated September 26, 2016, this 5 MP camera can be used in security systems at various Russian transport facilities.
Formation of 5 MP video at 30 fps provides high image clarity during video monitoring of scenes with busy movement, which is an advantage for the STC-IPM5632 Estima outdoor camera. At the same time, the 5 MP outdoor camera stands out for its high performance and is capable of transmitting video in three streams with individual settings for each, including the compression algorithm (H.265 or H.264), resolution and frame rate. This allows it to effectively adapt to the bandwidth of the IP network used and independently adjust the speed/quality of current display and recording.
The ability to remotely adjust the STC-IPM5632 Estima optics without having to open the case is especially important when using the camera in adverse outdoor conditions (rain, snow, frost, etc.). At the same time, the 5 MP outdoor camera comes with a lens with an adjustable focal length of 2.7-13.5 mm, i.e. provides 5x optical zoom and high image detail. Optimization of the depth of field and the light flux falling on the 5 MP camera sensor is provided by an automatically adjustable aperture with P-Iris technology.
The STC-IPM5632 Estima is capable of providing high-quality 24-hour video surveillance using both hardware and software. This camera produces a color image with 5 MP detail at illumination levels of up to 0.008 lux, and when there is insufficient light, it switches to the black and white shooting mode and activates the built-in IR LEDs that “illuminate” a sector with a range of up to 50 m. For detailed elaboration and increased information content of video in contrasting lighting, the 5 MP outdoor camera supports adjustable hardware wide dynamic range WDR (120 dB) mode, and to eliminate noise components in low light, it uses 2D/3D DNR digital filters.
The security functions of the STC-IPM5632 Estima camera allow for motion and external impact detection (for example, attempts to close or paint over the viewing window of its outdoor casing). At the same time, as a response to a recorded alarm event, the 5 MP outdoor camera can save video to a built-in memory card/network storage, upload data to FTP, send images to e-mail, and notification via HTTP/SIP. A microSD/SDHC/SDXC memory card with a capacity of up to 128 GB can be used as a local archive for the STC-IPM5632 Estima model.
