The new Smartec ST-DC624-SL door closer is made in accordance with the European standards EN2-EN4 (has an adjustable built-in spring force in the range of 13-26 Nm) and provides a soft and controlled closing of doors
This model is adapted to use at temperatures from -35 to +70°C and is designed for installation on both interior doors and entrance doors. With the help of special screws placed on the body of the device, the door closer allows you to adjust the speed of closing the door, based on its overall dimensions and weight. The product has a service life of about half a million opening/closing cycles.
This door closer is similar in size, installation method and operating conditions to the popular model of a well-known European brand, which makes it possible to replace it without loss of quality and save money during the implementation of the project. The possibility of adjusting the spring force in the range from 13 to 26 Nm allows the door closer to be installed on doors with a width of 850 to 1100 mm and a weight of 40 to 80 kg. Consequently, the ST-DC624-SL is optimally suited for both standard interior partitions and heavy exterior structures, including specialized door types.
Adjusting the smoothness of the door leaf (two-stage) is possible thanks to the use of a liquid (oil) shock absorber with a thermal compensation function in the design of the ST-DC624-SL door closer. Speed control is achieved by changing the position of the valves, which are accessed by means of special screws placed on the body of the device. Thanks to the presence of two separate valves, the door closer provides precise adjustment of the dynamics of the process: the first valve adjusts the speed at the initial stage of movement, while the second controls the softness of the closing of the door leaf in the final phase.
The high reliability of the design and the minimum risk of breakage are ensured by the absence of electromechanical and magnetic components in these door closers. The resource of the ST-DC624-SL is at least 500 thousand cycles of opening / closing the door, the silumin body of the device is resistant to moisture and corrosion, and special reinforced rods increase its mechanical strength. The versatility of installation allows you to install the door closer on doors of any opening direction - right-hand or left-handed. A wide range of operating temperatures (-35...+70 °C) allows the model to be used both indoors and on the doors of entrance groups.
