The Range Of Smartec Products With The "Transport" Certificate Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of The Russian Federation Has Been Expanded With The Cylindrical Outdoor IP Video Camera STC-IPM3632A Estima

The new "transport" line of Smartec equipment includes cylindrical outdoor IP video cameras STC-IPM3632A Estima, which have a certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under PP No. 969 (No. MVD RF.03.001581) and can be included in projects of transport infrastructure security systems.

Using a 2 MP photosensitive Sony IMX385 CMOS matrix and a 3x motorized lens, the cylindrical outdoor IP video camera creates a high-quality image with a Full HD resolution and is capable of broadcasting it with a frame rate of 60 fps. At the same time, the STC-IPM3632A Estima is designed to operate from -40 to +60 °C and has an IP67-protected housing.

The all-weather design of the IP video camera ensures high performance characteristics: STC-IPM3632A Estima has a cylindrical housing protected by IP67 class and operates stably in a wide range of temperatures - from -40 to +60 °C. This means that the cylindrical outdoor IP video camera is designed for use, including in the open air, in most regions of Russia. The presence of a certificate of conformity with the requirements approved by RF Government Resolution No. 969 dated September 26, 2016, allows these outdoor IP video cameras to be used at various transport infrastructure facilities.

The built-in motorized lens supplied with the STC-IPM3632A Estima outdoor IP video cameras allows changing the focal length within 3.6-10 mm and provides 3x optical zoom and high image detail. At the same time, the ability to remotely adjust the lens without having to open the housing is especially important when the cylindrical outdoor IP video camera is located in a hard-to-reach place. The STC-IPM3632A Estima optimizes the depth of field and the light flux falling on the CMOS matrix using an automatically adjustable P-Iris diaphragm.

Support for 60 fps at the maximum available Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) ensures high image clarity during video monitoring of dynamic scenes. Also, the STC-IPM3632A Estima cylindrical IP video cameras can transmit images in three streams in several formats, including H.265 and H.264. Providing the ability to select a compression algorithm and individually configure such parameters of each video stream as its resolution and frame rate, the cylindrical outdoor IP video camera effectively adapts to the bandwidth of the IP network used, allowing you to independently adjust the speed/quality of current display and recording.

High sensitivity and a built-in IR illuminator with a range of up to 65 m allow using the STC-IPM3632A Estima IP video cameras for round-the-clock video monitoring. At the same time, the cylindrical outdoor IP video camera can transmit a color image at illumination levels down to 0.002 lux. An additional advantage of the STC-IPM3632A Estima model is the implementation of the wide dynamic range WDR mode (140 dB), thanks to which the IP video camera provides detailed elaboration and high information content of video in contrasting lighting, as well as support for digital noise reduction filters (2D / 3D DNR) to minimize artifacts in the image in low light.

Built-in motion and external impact detectors prevent attempts to open or move the cylindrical housing of the IP video camera or close/paint over its viewing window. Additionally, the cylindrical outdoor IP video camera can be equipped with a microphone, speaker, sensor and actuator, for connection of which the STC-IPM3632A Estima has the appropriate interfaces. In addition, based on the IP video camera itself, a local archive with a capacity of up to 256 GB can be implemented using an optional microSD/SDHC/SDXC memory card.
