The Fully Functional Building Management System Systeme Building Operation From The Russian Company System Electric Is Presented
Systeme Electric has introduced a fully domestic software solution, Systeme Building Operation (SBO), for organizing a fully functional automated building management system (BMS), developed by the Russian accredited IT company Systeme Soft.
SBO is a 4th generation SCADA class IoT/IIoT platform. Due to a single interpreted environment for both development, including multi-user, and execution, a building management system can be built on the basis of SBO software in the shortest possible time, and, in the future, effective dispatching of controlled systems will be performed. It is worth noting that the SBO platform is flexibly scalable, has high fault tolerance, allows you to create various scenarios and scripts for automation and is suitable for monitoring objects using technical means without human intervention.
The capabilities of the Systeme Building Operation platform are extensive - along with the fact that a fully functional automated building management system is created on its basis , it also provides centralized management of all engineering systems, security and safety subsystems, control of the operation of process equipment in production, monitoring of electricity indicators and power grid management. On the basis of this platform, it is possible to create embedded systems (local control panels, automation cabinets), specialized and complex facility control systems or umbrella monitoring systems. Such functionality allows using Systeme Building Operation at a wide variety of facilities, including business centers, shopping and entertainment complexes, financial institutions, hotels, data centers, logistics centers, production facilities, fuel and energy complexes, etc.
The core of the Systeme Building Operation (SBO) platform is the central server, which ensures interaction with controllers of different types, delivery of drivers, work with tags and generation of alarm signals. To control peripheral equipment, edge servers (Edge components) with a simplified configuration of the server part are used, which are responsible for intermediate processing of data from automated devices and communication with the central server. At the same time, interactive interaction between users and the software platform of the building management system is provided by the Client software with a graphical interface and an integrated development environment, as well as a web client and a mobile application.
High speed of implementation of the engineering equipment dispatching system (up to 1 week for large projects) with all the functionality provided by the technical specifications is one of the advantages of Systeme Building Operation. For the convenience of designers and users of the building management system, the working tools have been optimized: current and archived data and processes are displayed in the form of mnemonic diagrams, trends and tables, there is a built-in library of ready-made graphic elements and the ability to create custom visual objects and import graphics in SVG format is provided, the mode of data output to several monitors is supported, and navigation is carried out using a customizable side menu and tabs, the location of which can be easily configured.
The extensive integration capabilities of the SBO building management system with various life support, security and safety systems are provided by the support of multiple communication protocols, including Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, BACnet IP, OPC UA and SNMP. For example, the RTSP application protocol is used to integrate video surveillance cameras into the system. The Telegram service and e-mail are used to send notifications related to events in the Systeme Building Operation automated building management system. Import of information from various sources, including third-party URL pages, is supported.
The analytical functionality in Systeme Building Operation is implemented on the basis of the BI editor, which allows you to build information panels (dashboards) and generate reports of any depth and complexity. Work with events occurring within the building management system is carried out using ready-made logs, which record all incidents, accidents, assigned tasks and protocol the actions taken by operators. Events can be recorded both automatically according to programmable conditions and manually by one or more authorized employees of the building operation service.
