The first ones allow to significantly simplify the connection of equipment in the distribution board, for example, City9 Box, since each comb bus of the series has contact teeth corresponding to the inputs of the connected devices, i.e. allows to exclude the use of cable jumpers. At the same time, the input terminals serve for the safe connection of the supply cable and comb bus into one terminal.
Comb busbars are made of heat-resistant plastic that has passed the hot metal ball test in accordance with GOST IEC 60898-1-2020. Due to this, each City9 Set series comb busbar is able to withstand the thermal effects of overcurrents without damaging the structure, which ensures a high level of fire safety and increases the reliability of the automation system. The busbars are supplied with side plugs with IP20 protection class, the installation of which is mandatory.
The modular design of the busbar allows it to be easily adapted to specific projects. Thus, the City9 Set comb busbar is available in two types - for 12 and 57 modules, which in turn have single-, two- or three-phase versions. This design allows you to cut or saw the busbar into the number of modules required to connect specific equipment. The nominal current of the busbars is 63 A. In addition, the City9 Set range includes protective caps for unconnected teeth and additional side plugs.
Along with new products – comb busbars and input terminals – the City9 Set modular equipment family includes a wide range of circuit breakers (CB), residual-current circuit breakers (RCCB), residual-current circuit breakers (RCCB), manual contactors (MCB) and load switches (LS). This series includes highly reliable, proven circuit breakers with a breaking capacity of 4.5 and 6 kA. City9 Set modular devices have all the necessary certificates, are mounted on a standard DIN rail and are compatible with City9 Box distribution boards.
