The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation has included TFortis Device Manager software from the Perm developer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and software products Fort-Telecom in the Register of Domestic Software.

TFortis Device Manager is a free program for remote management of TFortis brand switches intended for use in IP video surveillance and security systems. The status of Russian software makes it possible to remotely manage switches at important sites, including within the framework of infrastructure projects and critical infrastructure.

TFortis Device Manager is a free program for searching, configuring and monitoring the status of switches in an IP video surveillance network. The functionality of this software product provides full remote control of TFortis switches with many features - from graphical display of the network topology, including with reference to a map of the area, to notification of events using the Telegram service and Email messages, generating reports, etc. All key controls are located on convenient tabs and allow users to enable ports and PoE switches in a few clicks, configure an SNTP server, activate SNMP and LLDP protocols, update the firmware of TFortis switches, etc.

The inclusion of the TFortis Device Manager program in the Register of Russian Software of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation was a continuation of the targeted activities of Fort-Telecom to expand the list of products with confirmed Russian origin. Since 2019, TFortis outdoor switches have been included in the Register of Telecommunication Equipment of Russian Origin (TORP), and the TORP status was again confirmed by the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the summer of 2024. In the spring of 2024, the Register of Russian Software created by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation included control software for TFortis PSW and SWU series switches, and now the TFortis Device Manager software for remote switch management has been recognized as Russian.

Thus, Fort-Telecom confirmed the Russian status for all TFortis products, from hardware to embedded and client software.
