SystemeHD Works version 24.03.30 improves controller-to-controller communication via BACnet IP and timer operation in controller programming function blocks (FBD). The updated controller programming system also supports IPv6 protocol, signal value offset function, time synchronization block for LUA and sequencer logic block in HDT.
SystemeHD Works, as a controller programming system, is designed to create individual configurations of controllers and expansion modules of the SystemeHD line, which are used to automate the operation of heating stations, air conditioners, supply and exhaust ventilation and other engineering systems of buildings. Controllers programmed with the help of SystemeHD Works software control various field equipment within engineering systems, including sensors, room thermostats, HMI panels, frequency converters, as well as actuators, such as drives.
SystemeHD Works version 24.03.30 updates affected the FBD (Function Block Diagram) programming environment. The ability to program controllers using function blocks appeared relatively recently, so it is constantly being improved to improve operation and ensure maximum convenience for users. In particular, the controller programming system in the new release of SystemeHD Works received an improved timer block. Now in FBD it has become even more convenient not only to program controllers, but also to perform step-by-step debugging of automation device parameters and simulate their operation.
For LUA, the developers added a time synchronization block, which became available in SystemeHD Works 24.03.30. For reference, the simple scripting language of LUA programming is used in the SystemeHD Works software, along with visual and functional blocks (FBD). LUA implements a large number of controller programming capabilities available using a minimum of syntactic tools. For example, the controller programming system using LUA allows you to set controller parameters, functions, cycles, PID regulators, variable values for device inputs and outputs, load user library files and output debug information.
Improvements in BACnet operation are implemented in the updated version of SystemeHD Works, in particular, the controller-to-controller communication via BACnet IP has been corrected. This and other changes are made for simpler and more convenient programming of automation controllers and expansion modules of the SystemeHD family. In addition, the controller programming system received support for the IPv6 protocol, signal value offset functions, and a logical sequencer block in HDT.
