Smartec Has Launched The ST-RC123RR Remote Control With Dynamic Code

The ST-RC123RR Smartec equipment set is designed to implement remote control of actuators, both within access control systems and other building automation systems.

The ST-RC123RR includes a receiver and transmitter operating at a frequency of 433.92 MHz via a secure channel, which support power supply from a 12 V or 24 V DC source and operate stably indoors in the temperature range from 0 to +45 C. The ability to select from three operating modes of the receiver's output relay allows you to organize remote control of various types of devices using the ST-RC123RR, be it electromechanical locks, turnstiles, gates, roller shutters, lighting, etc.

The ST-RC123RR remote control kit consists of a receiver and a key transmitter, which are capable of maintaining radio communication at a distance of up to 30 m in direct line of sight from each other. The receiver is connected directly to the control relay of the executive equipment that needs to be controlled remotely, for example, an electromechanical lock, turnstile, gate, roller shutter, lighting, etc. In accordance with existing Russian standards, the remote control device operates at an authorized frequency of 433.92 MHz, and its power does not exceed 10 millivolts. At the same time, a high degree of protection of the communication channel between the receiver and the transmitter is ensured by radio exchange using a dynamic code.

Simple programming of the ST-RC123RR kit allows you to start the remote control device in a few seconds. To enter the transmitter into the receiver's memory, you need to press and hold the programming button on the receiver body for 3 seconds, and then press the transmitter key. The receiver's memory is designed to record information about 6 key transmitters (5 of which can be purchased separately if necessary - model ST-RC123TR). Deleting "registered" transmitters from the memory is performed using the same programming button on the receiver body according to the same scheme, only with a longer exposure time - 8 seconds.

Support of three operating modes of the receiver output relay (tracking, pulse and trigger) allows to implement various scenarios of remote control of the actuator on the basis of the ST-RC123RR kit. In this case, the receiver has 2 groups of control relays, each of which is controlled by a separate transmitter key. Thus, in the tracking mode, the relay switches for the time of holding the transmitter key, in the pulse mode - for 3 seconds when pressing the button, and in the trigger mode, you can configure the relay to be turned on and off by one key without a time limit, or use both transmitter keys to turn the relay on and off in the gateway mode. The operating mode is selected using jumpers on the receiver's electronic board.
