The changes come into force on September 30, 2024 and concern both the range of equipment and prices, which have become lower for some items. The new price list includes IP cameras with a "transport" certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under PP No. 969, intelligent video recorders of the Beta series, new budget IP cameras of the OPTi series, affordable ceiling cameras with a fisheye lens, all-weather thermal housings with a side opening of the case, etc.
The new price list presents a whole group of IP video surveillance cameras of various types, certified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under PP No. 969, which has become one of the significant events of the current year for the Smartec brand. The presence of certificate No. MVD RF.03.001581 allows these cameras to be included in projects for organizing security systems in terms of video monitoring at various Russian transport infrastructure facilities, for example, at railway stations, transport hubs, highways, etc. Smartec IP cameras with a "transport security certificate" are distinguished by their high quality of performance and technical characteristics.
The new generation of budget IP cameras of the OPTi family has been expanded with the STC-IPM5540A OPTi (dome) and STC-IPM5640 OPTi (bullet) models. These cameras use a 1/2.8” Sony CMOS matrix, providing 5-megapixel resolution and high light sensitivity, a 2.8 mm lens and an IR illuminator with an illumination range of up to 30 meters, have a compact housing with IP66 and are designed for outdoor use at -40…+60 °C. The dome model, in addition to this, is equipped with a microphone. Despite the fact that both IP cameras belong to the budget line, they support basic video analytics of motion/person/transport detection.
The Beta line of network video recorders for intelligent monitoring has been expanded with 16- and 32-channel models – STNR-1650 and STNR-3250, which support not only standard IP cameras, but also bispectral models, sensitive in both visible and thermal imaging ranges. The analytical capabilities of the NVR include object classification functions (person/vehicle), smart search in the archive, etc. Both video recorders support 4K video and can operate as part of distributed video surveillance systems or in stand alone mode.
The new ceiling camera with a fisheye lens STC-IPM12130A functionally replaces the STC-IPM12140A Estima model in the Smartec line. With similar technical characteristics, the price of the new IP camera is lower. The STC-IPM12130A is based on a 1/1.7” 12-megapixel matrix, supports video transmission with a resolution of up to 4000×3000 pixels at 25 fps, uses a built-in microphone and intelligent IR illumination up to 15 m for video monitoring in the dark. Its on-board analytics include intrusion detection, people counting and a heat map based on the detection of people and vehicles.
New in the autumn price list is the STH-6231D-PSU2 thermal housing made of cast aluminum with a side-opening lid. It is equipped with two heaters and has an internal coating of heat-insulating material, providing an optimal microclimate inside the housing at external temperatures from -55 to +50 °C. For quick installation of the camera, along with a side-opening lid, the thermal housing has a power supply and a bracket with through cable routing. The STH-6231D-PSU2 has a high level of protection against external influences - IP67.
