Securika Moscow 2027: Why Pavilion 3 Is Built For Exhibitor Growth

Discover how Pavilion 3 at Crocus Expo supports exhibitor growth at Securika Moscow 2027 through flexible stands, visitor flow, business areas, and promotional opportunities.

Securika Moscow, Russia's largest exhibition of technical security equipment and equipment for ensuring security and fire safety, has been held in Pavilion 3 of Crocus Expo IEC since 2025, driven by the exhibition's expanding footprint and consistently high demand for space from participants.

The most recent edition brought together 300+ exhibitors from 26 countries, welcoming 19,880 total visits, 4,700+ delegates, and 165 speakers across the business programme. Securika Moscow 2027 marks the exhibition's 32nd edition and will take place 21-23 April 2027 at Pavilion 3, Hall 15, Crocus Expo, Moscow.

In this article, we cover the advantages available to exhibitors at Securika Moscow 2027.

Advantages Of Pavilion 3

Large Development Area

Each hall in the third pavilion has a larger permissible construction area, meaning more companies, both Russian and foreign, can take part in the exhibition and choose the most convenient stand location.

Almost 18,000 square metres of Hall 15 are available to exhibitors, creating a unified stand-layout concept and allowing better organisation of visitor movement.

Increased Permissible Building Height

Compared with other pavilions, the third pavilion has a higher permissible construction height, allowing participants to expand and modernise their stands to attract a larger target audience.

The permissible height for single-storey stands is up to 5 metres, and for two-storey builds, up to 6 metres.

Hall Configuration

Passages separate the halls of the third pavilion, creating an open, connected atmosphere. This layout allows exhibitors to organically combine expositions located in neighbouring halls around a single concept of space.

This also gives industry specialists more time to study the exhibition, not only at Securika Moscow but also at Analitika Expo, held on the same dates in the neighbouring Hall 14.

Visitors can move between adjacent halls without unnecessary complications or transitions, increasing overall audience reach. This space layout allows visitors and participants to comfortably explore the exhibition and increases visitor density across the exhibition.

In addition, Securika Moscow is held on the same dates as the International Exhibition of Machinery and Equipment for Mining, Processing and Transportation of Minerals, MiningWorld Russia, held in Pavilion 1.

New Opportunities For Business Events

In the third pavilion, business event zones are built inside the exhibition hall, concentrated at the centre of events and exposition. Open-area conference halls have long attracted visitors, participants, speakers, and moderators of business events at the exhibition.

These open areas can accommodate approximately 500 guests at a time and feature a flexible curved LED screen measuring 14x3m, made of LED pixels, allowing information from the stage to be perceived more naturally through peripheral vision.

Advertising And Sponsorship Opportunities

These tools allow exhibitors to make a louder statement about their company, both during the exhibition and long before it takes place, enhancing the marketing effect of participation and unlocking additional opportunities to promote their company in the market.

Exhibition participants have access to:

  • Sponsorship packages including new space

  • Advertising surfaces not found in other pavilions

  • Advertising within the exhibition using the tools of the third pavilion

  • Advertising on the outdoor area of the pavilion

  • And much more

A Connected Digital Experience

Beyond the physical venue, exhibitors and visitors can also access Securika Connect, the exhibition's digital platform, which provides event updates, exhibitor information, floor plans, and networking tools in one place, supporting efficient planning and real-time engagement before, during, and after the exhibition.

The Securika Moscow team continually develops and improves the event's capabilities for both participants and visitors.
