New accessories for circuit breakers from System Electric

These devices allow you to expand the functionality of electrical panels, providing remote monitoring of whether the circuit breaker is turned on or not, instant receipt of an alarm signal, protection against dangerous voltage surges and drops, as well as the ability to control circuit breakers remotely. The new accessories for circuit breakers are made of durable, non-flammable plastic, have a secure pin fastening and operate at temperatures from -20 to +60 °C.

Dekraft circuit breakers of the VA-201 series with a breaking capacity of up to 10 kA are used to protect electrical circuits from overloads and short-circuit currents. They are widely used in input switchgears, main switchboards, power plants of public, administrative, industrial, industrial and other buildings. The devices of this series comply with the GOST IEC 60947-2 standard, have a rated voltage from 63 to 125 A, tripping curves B, C or D and the number of poles 1P, 2P, 3P or 4P.

Remote indication of the states of closure and opening (On/Off) of circuit breakers of the VA-201 family is possible with the use of additional contacts of the DK-201 series. These circuit breaker accessories are designed to operate in AC auxiliary circuits (frequency 50/60 Hz, rated operating current 3 A at rated voltage of 415 V or 6 A at 240 V) or direct current (rated operating current of 1 A at rated voltage of 130 V, 2 A at 48 V or 6 A at 24 V). Their main advantage is reliable operation, even if the control handle of the circuit breaker is held in the cocked position.

Remote shutdown of the VA-201 in case of detection of dangerous voltage deviations is provided by such accessories for circuit breakers as trippers of the RMx-201 family. There are RMN-201 minimum voltage trippers (less than 161 V (±5%) of the nominal voltage), RMK-201 maximum voltage trip (more than 280 V (±5%) of the nominal voltage), as well as combined devices - RMM-201. In addition, the Dekraft line includes independent trip units of the ND-201 series with an additional contact, which, along with remote shutdown of circuit breakers, provide monitoring of their status by remote indication of the opening and closing positions. When any trip is triggered, it is automatically disconnected from the monitored circuit.

Alarm of the emergency state of the VA-201 circuit breaker is carried out with the help of signal contacts (contact block) SK-201. After installing the SK-201 module in engagement with the circuit breaker mechanism, at the first cocking of the control handle, the contacts remaining in the same position are switched when the VA-201 circuit breaker is manually disconnected. Switching of contacts will occur only when the circuit breaker is tripped under the influence of overcurrents (overload or short circuit). Like the DK-201, the SK-201 contacts are designed to operate in auxiliary circuits with alternating current (50/60 Hz, 3 A at 415 V, 6 A at 240 V) or with direct current (1 A at 130 V, 2 A at 48 V, 6 A at 24 V).

High quality workmanship characterizes all accessories for Dekraft circuit breakers.
