NEIROSS Platform Update – What to Check at Facilities

A "room" in NEIROSS is a virtual entity defined by "entry" and "exit" access points: when passing through a point marked "Entry," a pass is "added" to the room; when passing through the "Exit," it is "removed." Nested and walk-through rooms and any number of access points are supported. The "View People List" command provides detailed data with export options. An automation script can be used to control visitor times and configure alarm notifications to be generated in the event of a security breach.

The standard data entry form templates in the NEIROSS Access workstation have been modernized: the HTML template has been replaced with JSX. The template defines the set of fields, their order, whether they are required, and operator prompts. The transition to JSX optimizes platform performance. If you use custom templates, they remain unchanged.

Logging of all camera control actions by operators is enabled, increasing transparency and enabling auditing of operations. Please note that such events increase the volume of the system log and backups; if necessary, this type of logging can be disabled in the object settings.

Recommended:

• test the display of the people counter and the export of the list on pilot sites;
• ensure the compatibility of custom forms with the new logic or take into account the transition of standard templates to JSX;
• Assess the impact of additional camera logging on the log size and adjust the settings if necessary.
