nanoCAD BIM OPS now has a base of Smartec fire automation system equipment

ARMO-Systems has announced the integration of Smartec fire automation equipment with the nanoCAD BIM OPS platform of the Russian developer of Nanosoft software products for the design of security systems

Thanks to the new three-dimensional models of Smartec devices, specialists have an effective tool for accurate assessment of the location of fire automation system components and high-quality visualization of projects. This allows you to significantly simplify the design process and increase the accuracy of calculations.

"Together with Nanosoft, we are pleased to present a new database with 3D models of Smartec Vesta addressable fire automation systems," said Nikita Mironov, Product Manager of Smartec PS. "This database will greatly facilitate the work of designers when creating fire automation projects of any complexity on the nanoCAD BIM OPS platform."

The nanoCAD BIM OPS product is a BIM/TIM solution based on the nanoCAD platform for the design and simulation of security systems of various levels of complexity and is included in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases on the Internet. This program works with databases of more than 50 manufacturers of equipment for fire automation systems, security alarms, voice announcements, video surveillance, etc., and allows you to create drawings and documentation for the project, as well as integrate the project into BIM technology. At the same time, the security system model developed in nanoCAD BIM OPS ensures the interaction of equipment with each other, reading related information and operating with up-to-date data.

A new database for the nanoCAD BIM OPS platform presents Smartec Vesta equipment for building a decentralized addressable fire automation system of various scales. All Smartec panels are equipped with their own central processing unit (CPU) for autonomous operation in the event of a communication disruption and can be networked together for comprehensive management. Other features of the Smartec fire automation system include the use of a two-wire ring loop, control of fire automatics, smoke removal, notification, etc., monitoring using Timex HMB and integration with video surveillance, access control and security alarm systems.
