expo electronica

The Tonmind line of professional network audio equipment has been expanded with the SIP-S31FP column-type outdoor IP loudspeakers, which have an IP66-rated metal housing and are designed to operate in a temperature range from -50 to +60 °C.

The new product has a power of 40 W, provides a volume of up to 108 dB, supports the OPUS 48 kHz audio codec and reproduces high-quality and clear sound. This column-type IP speaker supports SIP/VoIP protocols, is powered by PoE technology, complies with ONVIF standards and allows you to implement various scenarios for alerting/sound broadcasting, including within the framework of video surveillance systems, security and fire alarms. The manufacturer's warranty for the SIP-S31FP is 2 years.

The outdoor version in a metal column case with IP66 dust/moisture protection class makes it possible to use the loudspeaker in a wide temperature range - from -50 to +60 °C. The SIP-S31FP is designed for wall mounting and is mounted horizontally or vertically (for example, outside the building under the cornice) using a detachable bracket with the ability to adjust the installation angle in the horizontal plane. This column-type loudspeaker has inputs for connecting a security sensor, an Ethernet cable, and a 12-24 V DC power source, however, due to the support of PoE (Power over Ethernet), it is not necessary to connect a separate power source to it, which is convenient in outdoor operating conditions.

Advanced integration capabilities allow the SIP-S31FP IP speakerphone to be used in various security systems, including video surveillance, security and fire alarm systems, etc. For example, the new column- type speaker communicates with IP cameras, IP video recorders (NVR) and VMS platforms via the ONVIF standard, and with VoIP systems using the SIP protocol. This column-type model also communicates with various SIP devices, including Tonmind audio equipment, via the SIP protocol. Users of the device have access to two SIP accounts, a direct SIP IP call and RTP multicast.

Customization of the SIP-S31FP provides for changing the color of the case. In the basic version, the loudspeaker is supplied in white, but can optionally be painted in any color from the RAL Classic table. Due to its wide functionality, reliable protection from external influences and easy installation, the SIP-S31FP column-type loudspeaker is ideal for broadcasting sound at such sites as educational, business and shopping centers, parks, sports complexes, open concert venues, car parks, piers and embankments, production facilities, etc.

In addition to the SIP-S31FP, Tonmind also offers other devices in the SIP-S31 series. This is another 40-watt column speaker SIP-S31F, which is identical to the SIP-S31FP except for the support of PoE power, and the SIP-S31S and SIP-S31E column speakers with a power of 60 and 80 watts, respectively. To control Tonmind network audio equipment, be it new IP column speakers and / or other audio devices, there is a proprietary Audio Manager software and PA System software in Lite and Pro versions (with support for Linux and MS Windows), as well as a mobile application PA Connect (for devices on the iOS and Android platforms).
