Automatic Gas-Powder Fire Extinguishing Installations
Kalancha LLC presents an innovative solution in the field of fire protection - automatic gas-powder fire extinguishing systems (AUGPP), designed to protect vertical steel tanks and critical infrastructure of hazardous production facilities from fires caused by attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles and missile strikes.
Unlike traditional foam fire extinguishing systems, which are characterized by high inertia and inability to effectively cope with multiple fires, AUGPP provide an instant response to fire. The system is able to start supplying the extinguishing agent immediately after receiving the "Fire" signal, which is critically important in case of ignition of petroleum products.
Key benefits of the solution include compliance with all relevant regulations, including SP 155. 13130.2014 and SP 485. 1311500.2020, as well as the possibility of modular implementation without the need for capital construction. The modular structure ensures high survivability of the system - even if individual modules are damaged, the rest remain operational. The system can operate in automatic, manual and remote control modes.
The scope of application covers tanks and tank farms, loading/unloading racks of various types, open and semi-open installations, as well as oil heating furnaces. The solution is especially relevant for facilities where there is a risk of multiple fires. The effectiveness of the system has been confirmed by numerous firing tests, including at the test site of the Orenburg branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIPO of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
