It is capable of servicing up to 32 IP cameras of visible range, thermal imagers and bispectral cameras, including those with video analytics, supports intelligent functions, including the function of capturing and comparing faces with database materials, classifying objects, recording vehicle license plates and smart search. It is worth noting that the 32-channel IP video recorder allows you to organize a local video archive of up to 64 TB.
The high-performance hardware platform STNR-3250 provides reception/transmission of video from 32 IP cameras with an input/output bitrate of up to 320 Mbps. The maximum supported resolution is 12 megapixels, which corresponds to the 4K standard. Thanks to the support of "dual stream" (Dual Stream), the 32-channel IP video recorder can simultaneously record high- and low-resolution video streams from each IP camera to improve the performance of working with a video archive. When playing back archive files, the STNR-3250 supports simultaneous output of up to 16 windows in multi-screen mode.
The advanced video analytics capabilities supported by the STNR-3250 when working together with thermal imaging and bispectral cameras allow solving various video surveillance tasks in the visible and thermal imaging ranges. Examples of such tasks: detecting a smoker, fire and smoke, and ignition points. In addition, the 32-channel IP video recorder uses analytics for capturing, recognizing, and comparing faces in the frame with the database, and is capable of doing this in real time on all 32 channels. Support for "transport" video analytics includes classification of objects, including non-motorized transport, and functions for recording vehicle license plates and comparing them with the existing library. In addition, the STNR-3250 uses algorithms for intelligent search by time, image, criterion (for example, by the presence of such transport as a bicycle in the frame), car number, etc.
The organization of a local video archive of 64 TB based on an IP video recorder is provided by the manufacturer: up to 4 SATA hard drives with a capacity of up to 16 TB each can be installed in the STNR-3250 case. In this case, hard drives can be combined into RAID arrays of levels 5, 6 and 10 to increase the reliability of storing all types of data (video, audio, metadata). As an additional protection and increase in the reliability of the video surveillance system, the 32-channel IP video recorder continuously monitors the system status and immediately notifies users of the loss of a video signal, hard drive failure, IP address conflict and network connection failure.
The STNR-3250 provides reception and transmission of large volumes of information via 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports supporting high-speed WAN/LAN connection. For connecting local monitors, for example, when organizing work in stand alone mode, the 32-channel IP video recorder has 2 HDMI interfaces (4K/Full HD for the 1st/2nd port) and a VGA connector, and for connecting a mouse, multifunctional keyboard, joystick, external storage and other devices, it has 3 USB connectors. Along with this, the STNR-3250 video recorder is equipped with audio interfaces, 16 inputs and 4 alarm outputs, and also uses RS-485, RS-232 and e-SATA ports.
