The range of NEOSCAN inspection equipment has been replenished with NEOSCAN MDP-333 walk-through metal detectors, which stand out among analogues with 33 detection zones, adjustable sensitivity from 0 to 999 and the ability to control through the RJ-45 interface
The device combines high detection accuracy with resistance to external interference and flexible configuration of operating parameters, including operating frequency adjustment and remote configuration via a web terminal. The presence of a built-in 7-inch display, light indication of detection zones and auto-diagnostics functions simplifies setup and operation and makes the TIR-333 a convenient tool for organizing access control at facilities with a heavy flow of people.
Accurate detection with a minimum number of false alarms is provided by NEOSCAN MDP-333, detecting metal objects up to the size of a coin. A wide range of sensitivity adjustment (from 0 to 999) allows you to adapt the walk-through metal detector to a variety of application scenarios, from detecting potentially dangerous objects to preventing small metal products from leaving the plant. An additional benefit is the ability to adjust the operating frequency, which helps to reduce the impact of interference when installing multiple metal detectors side by side.
The RJ-45 network connectivity feature allows the metal detector to be remotely configured via a web interface, as well as to provide control signals in a variety of scenarios. Thus, both the initial configuration and further administration of the device can be significantly simplified. For local monitoring of operation, the arched metal detector has a 7-inch LCD display with counters of passages and alarms, as well as indication of detection zones, which increases the visibility of inspection.
33 detection zones and the presence of light indication provide high information content of the inspection and allow the operator to quickly determine the location of a metal object on the human body. Such zoning reduces the inspection time and simplifies the work of the security service, especially at facilities with high traffic. Importantly, this arched metal detector is able to simultaneously detect multiple metal objects and display their position on the LED display panel, and the flexible sensitivity settings help to tailor detection parameters to specific applications and reduce the likelihood of false alarms.
TIR-333 is designed for long-term operation in places of intensive use: the arch of the device is made of PVC, that is, it is not subject to corrosion, and has a durable fireproof structure with protection against dust and moisture according to the IP41 class. This walk-through metal detector is capable of operating in a wide temperature range – from −20 to +55 °C – and can be installed at checkpoints and in unheated rooms, as well as in other areas with variable environmental conditions.
