1. How to register for the exhibition?

2. Is the ticket valid for all days of the exhibition?

Yes. The ticket will be valid for all 3 days of the exhibition.

3. How many tickets can I get with one promo code?

The promo code news is valid for an unlimited number of tickets, but you must register 1 ticket per 1 unique email. You can register several of your colleagues yourself, but you must keep in mind that a unique verification code is sent to each email for verification, without which it is impossible to register a questionnaire on the site. You must either have access to your colleagues' email or be able to clarify with them the code that will be sent to their email.

4. Where will the exhibition be held and what time should I arrive?

5. Is it necessary to print out the ticket?

It is not necessary to print the ticket. It is enough to download it to your phone and scan the barcode on the turnstiles at the entrance to the exhibition halls. Important: the phone screen must be set to good brightness.

6. Is it possible to leave large luggage?

Suitcases and bags can be left in the storage rooms, if there are free places. The workers report the occupancy of the storage rooms directly on the site.

7. Is there parking near Crocus Expo?

There is free parking for 35 thousand cars near the Crocus Expo IEC, above ground and indoor (several underground levels). On exhibition days, due to the large number of guests, we recommend arriving by car in advance.

8. Where can I put a mark about a business trip?

In the exhibition organizer's office you can get documents or put a stamp if necessary. The stamp on the travel certificate is put in the organizer's office at the Front Desk. The location of the "Organizers' Office" will be known closer to the exhibition, and at the site the Office will be indicated on all navigation structures with the exposition plan and exhibition halls.

9. Is it necessary to register again if the ticket was sent but I can’t find it?

No, there is no need for that. If you did not manage to download the ticket directly from the website, you can download it from the letter – the ticket will be sent to the email specified during registration. In addition, before the exhibition, all registered visitors will receive a reminder letter with a ticket inside.

In extreme cases, on the days of the exhibition, you can go to the registration desk in the foyer of the pavilion and inform that you have received a ticket earlier. The registration desk staff will find it in the database and print out a badge for you to enter the exhibition.

10. Where can I find the diagram and list of participants?

The list of Securika Moscow 2025 exhibitors will soon be added to the website in the "About the Exhibition" menu. The catalog is easy to use - companies can be filtered by country, product and name.

The file with the exhibition hall plan will be uploaded to the website immediately before the exhibition. In addition, on the site during the exhibition days, exposition plans with a list of participants will be placed throughout the territory of Securika Moscow so that you can quickly and easily find the companies you need in the exhibition halls.
