ST-ER415DLW-GN is a compact device for emergency release of the electric door lock and is designed for installation on emergency exit routes.
For quick return to operating mode after activation, the new product is equipped with a restorable insert, and to prevent accidental pressing, a protective plastic cover with the ability to install a seal. This door unlocking device with a restorable insert has 2 groups of output contacts (COMMON, NC, NO), one of which is designed to control electric locks, both normally open and normally closed types, and the other, for example, to monitor the status of the device within the framework of an access control system or security alarm.
The design advantage of the ST-ER415DLW-GN device is the use of a restorable activation button, which, unlike a glass insert, does not require replacement after an emergency door unlock. At the same time, the restoration of the normal operating mode of the emergency exit is carried out using a special key, with which the door unlocking device with a restorable insert is supplied. To return the ST-ER415DLW-GN to its original state, you only need to insert this key into the recess intended for it in the device body and immediately remove it.
The protection against accidental activation of the door unlocking device is implemented as follows: ST-ER415DLW-GN has a special cover made of transparent plastic with an additional hole for attaching a disposable seal. Moreover, the door unlocking device with a restorable activation insert has an additional group of contacts for transmitting information about activation to the security alarm or access control system, and for ease of use, it is equipped with a two-color light indication of the activated state.
High performance characteristics allow using ST-ER415DLW-GN for emergency door unlocking not only indoors, including without heating or with high humidity (water parks, swimming pools, etc.), but also outdoors. This door unlocking device with a restorable insert is supplied in a case made of ABS and PC plastic, providing reliable protection of electronics according to IP67 class, and operates stably in the temperature range from -40 to +60 С. Due to the compact size of the device (86 x 93 x 56 mm), there will be no problems with choosing a place for its installation, especially since it can be mounted both mortise and surface-mounted.
