The budget line of Smartec OPTi products has been expanded with 5-megapixel IP video cameras STC-IPM5540A, which have a compact dome-type housing, are designed for operation at -40 to +60 °C, and are equipped with a built-in microphone and an IR illuminator with a range of up to 30 m.

The new IP video camera with microphone provides 3-stream video transmission with a customizable resolution of up to 5 MP and a frame rate of up to 30 fps. Additional advantages of this dome model include built-in motion/person/vehicle detection analytics, D-WDR function, digital noise reduction system (2D/3D DNR) and two power supply options.

The housing protected from external influences and the ability to operate stably in the temperature range from -40 to +60 °C allow the STC-IPM5540A OPTi model to be used for outdoor video surveillance. The reliable dome housing of the IP video camera is made in accordance with the IP66 standard and protects the electronics, microphone, optics and IR illuminator from dust and moisture. Due to the all-weather design, as well as the presence of lightning protection and anti-fog mode, the IP video camera with microphone is universally suitable for use at various sites in most regions of the country. At the same time, the STC-IPM5540A OPTi is designed to be powered from a 12 V DC source, and its power consumption does not exceed 8 W.

A sufficiently high sensitivity (0.01 lx) in combination with an IR illumination spotlight allows high-quality round-the-clock video surveillance using the STC-IPM5540A OPTi IP video camera. Depending on the required image parameters, you can select the H.265 and H.264 video codec, adjust the bit rate in the range from 0.5 to 8 Mbps, and adjust the resolution for the current and alarm modes.
